Where is the meeting point for the group allocation?
  • MEETING POINT and GROUP ALLOCATION

For all courses held at the MOUNTAIN STATION at 2000m, the meeting point on the day the course starts is 30 minutes beforehand at the assembly point in front of the ski school office 2000m, where the course also ends and the children must be picked up on time by their parents.
The integration of all course participants into the groups with different learning levels takes place in the immediate area of the assembly point on our practice slope.

For the trial ski courses (1.5 hours) for young beginners aged 4 to 6 years, which are held at the VALLEY STATION in the FAMILYPARK, the meeting point on the day the course starts is 15 minutes beforehand at the assembly point in front of the small magic carpet, where the course also ends and the children must be picked up on time by their parents.

Can our children be in the same group?
  • GROUP INTEGRATION by ABILITY, AGE and LANGUAGE

In our ski school, groups are primarily integrated according to the skiing ability of the children and their age as well as their language. If your children or friends of yours are skiing at roughly the same level, we ask you to inform the technical director of your wish to be placed in the same group when you make your booking or during the placement on the first day. We will do our best to accommodate your wishes! However, if the children do not ski equally well, the child who skis better would then have to show consideration for the weaker child and accept being placed in a lower level group!

IS THE SKIPASS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THE SKI SCHOOL?
  • The ski pass is NOT included in the price of group lessons and private lessons, except for our "ALL INCLUSIVE" packages.
All skiers require a ski pass from the first day of lessons. Children under the age of 8 receive their ski pass free of charge.
You can buy your ski pass at the ticket office of the ski resort or online in advance.

What happens during bad weather?
  • There is no such thing as bad weather: winter sports are outdoor sports!
For us, there is no such thing as bad weather, only bad clothing. Skiing can often be much more fun when it's snowing than when the sun is shining.

HOW AND WHAT CAN I PAY WITH?
  • PAYMENT and PAYMENT METHODS
Payment for all services must be made at least 24 hours BEFORE the lesson, either using our ONLINE SHOP or at one of our local ski school offices, so that we can guarantee a fixed lesson.
You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, EC card, American Express and cash.

What happens if I can no longer attend my course?
  • REFUNDS AND INSURANCE

Course days not attended and private lessons that have been reserved and paid for will not be reimbursed in the event of illness or accident, unless the course participant is insured.
When purchasing the ski pass, it is possible to take out accident insurance for the same duration of the ski pass with a contribution of 3.00 Euros per day for adults and 1.50 Euros for children up to 8 years, which then also reimburses the unused course days in the event of an accident.

Here you can find more information about the Snowcare insurance with comprehensive protection for only 3.00 Euros per day. Bookable online or directly when purchasing your ski pass.
